最新报道：According to Bijie.com, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Strive has announced the acquisition of Web3 media platform MSTR True North, including its Bitcoin podcast and distribution channels. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. Following the transaction, True North founder Jeff Walton will reportedly become Strive's Chief Risk Officer. Strive previously disclosed holdings of 69 BTC and has launched a $450 million rights offering to further increase its Bitcoin holdings.
