最新报道：Strive Asset Management, co-founded by former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, announced an all-stock acquisition of Bitcoin treasury firm Semler Scientific at a 210% premium. The deal values Semler at $90.52 per share and will create a combined entity holding over 10,900 BTC. Following the announcement, Semler's shares rose 7.64% while Strive's fell 8.13%. Separately, Strive purchased 5,816 BTC for $675 million, bringing its total holdings to 5,886 BTC.
