币界网报道：Ripple has integrated Wormhole’s cross-chain interoperability protocol into its XRP Ledger (XRPL) ecosystem, enabling seamless asset transfers between XRPL and over 20 other blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, and BSC. The integration leverages Wormhole’s native token transfers (NTT) standard, allowing users to move assets without wrapping or bridging intermediaries. Developers can now build cross-chain applications on XRPL, expanding DeFi and NFT use cases. Wormhole’s messaging layer also facilitates smart contract communication across chains. Ripple’s CTO David Schwartz highlighted the move as a step toward XRPL’s multi-chain future, while Wormhole’s COO Dan Reecer emphasized its potential to boost liquidity and adoption. The collaboration follows Ripple’s recent partnerships with Axelar and Peersyst to enhance XRPL’s interoperability.
