The top three CEXs by outflow were: OKX, with an outflow of 6,441.77 BTC; Binance, with an outflow of 2,042.13 BTC; and Bybit, with an outflow of 294.26 BTC. Coinbase Pro also saw an inflow of 1,808.20 BTC, ranking first in the inflow list.
