The top three CEXs by outflow were: Coinbase Pro, with an outflow of 6,363.37 BTC; Bitstamp, with an outflow of 1,953.40 BTC; and Kraken, with an outflow of 744.21 BTC. Binance also saw an inflow of 571.67 BTC, ranking first in the inflow list.
