The top three CEXs by outflow were: Kraken, with an outflow of 3,735.95 BTC; Binance, with an outflow of 383.19 BTC; and Coinone, with an outflow of 137.40 BTC. Bitfinex also saw an inflow of 792.23 BTC, ranking first in the inflow list.
