Philippines launches blockchain system to track public works spending

最新报道：According to Bijie.com, ME reported on September 25 (UTC+8) that the Philippines launched a blockchain-based transparency system for the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) following widespread protests over corruption allegations surrounding a multi-billion dollar flood control project. Developed by BayaniChain Ventures, Integrity Chain records DPWH contracts and project milestones in a tamper-proof ledger. BayaniChain CEO and co-founder Paul Soliman stated that the platform aims to "transform government records into immutable, verifiable, and publicly verifiable digital public assets."
