最新报道：Russia's Ministry of Finance has issued the first government salary in digital rubles to Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Markets, as part of a pilot program with the Central Bank of Russia. The CBDC, set for public launch in September 2026, is being tested for budget transfers, metro payments, real estate transactions, and airport services.
