The monthly income is about 4.6 million rubles (about 58,700 US dollars) and is illegally connected to the city power grid. The investigation found that the facility was registered as a non-residential building, but the mining company actually rented a "non-existent building" to carry out mining, and did not obtain an electricity permit, occupied state-owned land and had fire hazards. The court has ruled that the mine should be completely shut down until rectification is completed.
