The deal, split evenly between cash and stock, represents about 2% of CRO's circulating supply. The tokens will be staked via Crypto.com’s custody service to generate additional revenue, with both the tokens and Trump Media shares subject to a lock-up period. This acquisition is part of a broader partnership to integrate CRO as a rewards feature on Truth Social and Truth+, aligning with Trump Media’s expansion into digital assets.
