币界网报道：Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT.O) said on Thursday that its Truth Social Bitcoin ETF will hold Bitcoin directly and aims to provide investors with shares that reflect Bitcoin's price performance. According to SEC filings, Crypto.com will serve as the ETF's exclusive Bitcoin custodian, lead execution agent and liquidity provider. Trump Media & Technology Group, which operates Trump's social media Truth Social, said last month that it would raise about $2.5 billion from institutional investors to buy Bitcoin and planned to use the funds to create a vault for the cryptocurrency. "We view Bitcoin as the supreme tool for financial freedom, and now Trump Media will make cryptocurrency an important part of our assets," Nunes, CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group, said at the time.
