Trump Media & Technology Group files S-3 with total funding of approximately $2.3 billion

币界网报道：According to the news from Bijie.com, Trump Media Technology Group (DJT.O) submitted an S-3 registration statement for the previously announced Bitcoin asset transaction. The company said that it is seeking registered investors to resell about 56 million shares and 29 million underlying convertible notes. The proceeds will be used to create Bitcoin assets and general corporate purposes. The S-3 form was submitted for the debt and equity subscription agreement signed with about 50 investors, with a total financing amount of approximately US$2.3 billion.
