最新报道:According to Bijie.com, a hosting service provider, Old Const, has filed a lawsuit against Bitmain, a Bitcoin mining machine manufacturer, alleging that Bitmain wrongfully terminated their contract. Old Const, which purchased Bitmain's "HASH supercomputing servers" and agreed to provide hosting services, claims that Bitmain "fabricated an alleged breach of contract in order to immediately terminate the agreement." Furthermore, Old Const accuses Bitmain of threatening to seek a seizure order, known as a "writ of replevin," outside of Texas jurisdiction. Old Const argues that this action violates the November 2024 Hosting Services Agreement, which stipulates that any legal disputes should be resolved in Texas. Old Const's lawsuit seeks a temporary restraining order and an injunction to prevent Bitmain from obtaining any seizure order from courts outside of Texas.
