Hosting service provider Old Const files lawsuit against Bitmain

最新报道：According to Bijie.com, hosting service provider Old Const has filed a lawsuit against Bitmain, accusing it of fabricating a breach of contract and subsequently terminating the November 2024 HASH supercomputing server procurement and hosting agreement without cause. Old Const alleges that Bitmain has even threatened to file for an equipment seizure order outside of Texas, violating the Texas arbitration clause in the agreement.
