The contracts are expected to generate approximately $3.7 billion in revenue over the first 10 years, with an extension potentially reaching $8.7 billion. Google will guarantee Fluidstack's $1.8 billion lease obligations to support project-related debt financing and will receive approximately 41 million warrants, representing approximately an 8% stake in the company.
