最新报道:Less than three months ago, the real-world asset platform Backed launched a series of tokenized stocks, allowing investors to buy tokens that track the prices of popular stocks like Tesla, Apple, and Nvidia. A Dune dashboard shows that the total trading volume for tokenized stocks, called xStocks, recently surpassed $2 billion. The xStocks dashboard shows that as of Wednesday, the vast majority of trading occurred on centralized exchanges (CEXs), with $1.94 billion in volume. Decentralized exchanges (DEXs) accounted for $103.8 million in volume. The dashboard shows that the main CEXs trading xStocks are Kraken, Bybit, and Gate. While these numbers may be encouraging for believers in tokenized stocks, the total number of unique holders of xStocks tokens remains relatively low, at approximately 25,500, according to the dashboard. xStocks' total assets under management are $43.6 million, according to the dashboard. Total on-chain transaction volume has exceeded $400 million, with tokenized Tesla stock being the most popular, xStock, with over 11,000 holders. Tokens tracking the S&P 500 index are second with nearly 10,000 holders. Tokens tracking Apple, Nvidia, and Circle are also considered popular by existing holders. Leaders in both the cryptocurrency and traditional finance sectors see significant opportunity in tokenized stock markets, which not only make it easier for international investors to invest in US-listed stocks but also promise 24/7 trading. Coinbase and Kraken are among the centralized exchanges that have expressed interest in launching tokenized stocks. In January, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink expressed his hope for swift approval from the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the tokenization of bonds and stocks. Robinhood, which has been furthering its push into the digital asset space, announced it will offer EU users the opportunity to invest in tokenized versions of over 200 US stocks. Backed launched xStocks in May and recently announced, along with Kraken, that the two companies will expand xStocks support from Solana to BNB Chain, enabling users to trade tokenized US stocks in the form of BEP-20 tokens. Kraken co-CEO Arjun Sethi said at the time: "The response to xStocks has made it increasingly clear that the future of capital markets will be chain-neutral, composable, and multi-chain by design."
