最新报道:According to the Coin World, Japanese pop artist Takashi Murakami announced today that he plans to launch his collectible trading card "108 Flowers Revised" as NFTs. "My collectible trading cards - inspired by my physical works - are now online," Murakami said in an X post on Wednesday, adding that it will be available for minting on the Base app. Minting is scheduled to begin on July 31. Murakami is known for his "Superflat" style, which features smiley flowers and bold colors inspired by pop culture, anime, comics and consumerism. He has collaborated with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Supreme and Vans, as well as various music groups such as Billie Eilish and New Jeans. Since the boom in 2021, the artist has dabbled in the NFT field, launching his own NFT series Murakami.Flowers on Ethereum. Murakami also collaborated with Nike's now-canceled NFT project RTFKT. The NFT market has recently surged in market value, likely benefiting from the broader cryptocurrency market rebound that has lasted for several weeks. According to Coingecko data, the total market value of NFTs is currently around $6.00 billion, and recently peaked at over $6.60 billion on July 22. This is significantly higher than $3.00 billion in April and the highest level since January. LVRG Research Director Nick Ruck previously told The Block: "The NFT market is gaining momentum from bullish trends and increased risk appetite."
