最新报道:According to Bijie.com and ME News, on October 16 (UTC+8), Sentient Labs, a company developing open-source artificial general intelligence (AGI), announced a program encompassing campus tours and corporate partnerships to expand its presence in East Asia. The program aims to bring open-source AGI technology to China, Japan, and South Korea. Sentient Labs previously secured $85 million in seed funding from global investors, including Peter Thiel's Founders Fund and Pantera Capital. Sentient Labs co-founder Sandeep Nailwal stated that the company views the younger generation in China and East Asia as a key force in building AGI and is committed to broadening the development path for open-source AGI. According to Bijie.com, Sentient Labs will partner with TinTinLand to host the "Sentient East Asia Tour." Guests include Professor Zhixuan Fang of Tsinghua University, Yang Zhuolin, a researcher at the Nvidia Institute for Applied Deep Learning, and Wooming Song and Jaehyun Nam, PhD students in AI at KAIST. They will discuss open source AI and localizing AGI tools for local communities with Sentient Labs researcher Edoardo Contente, and University of Washington professors Sewoong Oh and Sheng Peiyao.
