(NASDAQ: ABTS), a Bitcoin mining and related services company, announced that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 AM Hong Kong Time on November 21, 2025 (10:00 PM Eastern Time on November 20). The meeting will be held at 24/F, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. Shareholders registered as of the close of business on October 17, 2025, are eligible to vote. Shareholders can submit proposals to the company by the October 20 deadline, mailing them to the Company Secretariat, 24/F, Lee Garden One, Hong Kong, or by emailing them.
