UK Man Imprisoned for Illegally Securing Covid Loan, Spending It on Crypto

最新报道：Haralambos Ioannou, head of a UK glazing firm, has been sentenced to 22 months in prison and 150 hours of unpaid labor for illegally obtaining two £50,000 COVID-19 Bounce Back loans. While the first loan supported his business, he used the second for crypto investments, gambling, and personal expenses, including £8,000 to crypto firms and £25,000 to gambling sites. He was also ordered to pay £40,000 in restitution.
