The top three CEXs by outflow were: Coinbase Pro, with an outflow of 105,200 ETH; OKX, with an outflow of 4,383.10 ETH; and KuCoin, with an outflow of 2,446.62 ETH. Bitfinex also saw an inflow of 11,500 ETH, ranking first in the inflow list.
