The top three CEXs by outflow were: Coinbase Pro, with an outflow of 121,300 ETH; Binance, with an outflow of 54,100 ETH; and OKX, with an outflow of 6,419.47 ETH. Bitfinex also saw an inflow of 2,906.81 ETH, ranking first in the inflow list.
