最新报道：According to BJNet, GSR, one of the largest cryptocurrency market makers headquartered in London, has agreed to acquire Equilibrium Capital Services, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer shell company headquartered in Portland, Oregon, on October 2 (UTC+8). The market maker acquired a largely dormant subsidiary of a similarly named company for a "sub-six-figure" price. The company, which specializes in building ESG-compliant portfolios and aims to quickly access US-regulated securities markets, is now offering investment banking services to traditional companies and crypto startups seeking to raise capital, particularly those looking to add digital assets like Bitcoin or stablecoins to their balance sheets.
