最新报道:According to CoinDesk, citing people familiar with the matter, on July 17, cryptocurrency market maker B2C2 is seeking to raise up to $200 million, part of which will be used to allow its major shareholder SBI Holdings to reduce its shareholding. SBI Holdings acquired 90% of B2C2 in December 2020, having previously made an initial investment of $30 million in July of the same year. B2C2 is a crypto market maker regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with offices in London, the United States and Japan. Although SBI Holdings previously denied reports that it was considering selling B2C2 shares, the latest news suggests that its position may have changed.
