最新报道：Abu Dhabi's $240B International Holding Company (IHC) is launching ADI Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain featuring ZKsync's Airbender technology for sub-second proofs. The network, set for Q4 mainnet launch, will support an AED-pegged stablecoin developed with First Abu Dhabi Bank and ADQ under central bank oversight. Targeting institutional use cases including payments and tokenized assets, ADI Chain already has 50 projects lined up across Middle East, Africa and Asia, with IHC-linked firms expected to onboard users.
