Nasdaq-listed former biotech firm acquires $30 million in Toncoin

最新报道：AlphaTON Capital has completed its first $30 million TON acquisition after raising $36.2 million through a private placement and securing a $35 million loan facility from BitGo Prime. The firm, led by CEO Brittany Kaiser, aims to build a $100 million Toncoin treasury by year-end and generate yield through staking and strategic investments in Telegram's ecosystem. Following the announcement, AlphaTON's stock rose 3.8% to $6.25 but fell 8.5% in pre-market trading Friday. TON has declined about 60% from its 2024 peak, now ranking 31st by market cap.
