币界网报道:U.S.-listed fitness equipment maker Interactive Strength (TRNR) plans to raise $500 million to acquire Fetch.ai's FET tokens, with an initial $55 million investment from DWF Labs and ATW Partners already deployed. CEO Trent Ward stated the move aligns with Fetch.ai's leadership in AI-crypto convergence, aiming to create long-term shareholder value. Fetch.ai's decentralized platform uses autonomous AI agents for fitness, logistics, and finance applications, and will collaborate with Interactive Strength to enhance its AI-driven training platform, with BitGo handling custody. FET currently ranks as the 61st largest cryptocurrency with a $2.1 billion market cap, while TRNR's market cap stands at $8 million. The deal reflects growing corporate interest in crypto treasuries and AI-blockchain integration, following recent initiatives like Tether's upcoming decentralized AI runtime.
