Oracle promotes two presidents to co-CEO role

最新报道：Oracle has appointed Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia as co-CEOs as it focuses on AI infrastructure dominance. Magouyrk, a former AWS executive who joined Oracle in 2014, previously led Oracle's cloud infrastructure unit, while Sicilia, who joined through Oracle's 2008 acquisition of Primavera Systems, most recently headed the industries division. Current CEO Safra Catz will transition to executive vice chair of the board. The leadership change comes as Oracle strengthens its AI infrastructure position, including participation in the $500 billion Stargate Project and recent compute deals with OpenAI ($300 billion) and Meta ($20 billion).
