As a founding member of Oracle's cloud engineering team, Magouyark led the design, implementation, and commercial success of the second-generation OCI platform. Under his leadership, OCI achieved unprecedented growth and became the platform of choice for AI training and inference. Mike Sicilia, with deep expertise in vertical applications and applied AI, led an engineering team that pioneered the use of intent-based application generation technology, replacing traditional coding approaches to building Oracle applications. His team also integrated highly complex AI agents into Oracle's application suite for industries such as healthcare, banking, communications, utilities, hospitality, and retail.
