最新报道：According to a September 19th news report from Bijie.com, SlowMist Technology's Chief Information Security Officer, 23pds, posted on the X platform that the US Department of Justice has arrested a 19-year-old member of the Scattered Spider ransomware gang. Court documents allege that Jubair (also known as Earth2Star) obtained approximately 920.16 BTC in ransom through ransomware attacks. 23pds stated that the Scattered Spider ransomware network did not exploit zero-day vulnerabilities, use new malware, or seek out vulnerable external machines. Instead, they conducted basic reconnaissance on social media (LinkedIn), investor websites, and any information about the company they could find. They then called the customer service desk to gain their trust.
