最新报道：According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, Acting Assistant Attorney General Matt Galeotti of the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division stated in Jackson Hole that if a software system is truly decentralized, fully automated, and peer-to-peer, and no third party controls user assets, the Department of Justice will no longer pursue charges against third parties under Section 1960 (b)(1)(C) even if criminal intent exists. This provision was previously used to prosecute Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm. Galeotti also stated that well-intentioned innovators need not worry about losing their freedom.
