Legion will share select high-profile token sales with Kraken, with tokens listed shortly after sales conclude. The first joint sale is expected within a week. Legion uses a merit-based scoring system for allocations and is MiCA-compliant in Europe, with plans to expand to U.S. participants by Q4. Kraken Launch will initially operate on a first-come, first-served basis, reserving up to 20% for Legion Score holders. Both firms will conduct independent compliance checks, and revenue will come from sales and trading fees.
