最新报道：Bitmain has filed an emergency motion in a U.S. bankruptcy court seeking to reclaim 2,700 Antminer servers worth over $5.5 million from Orb Energy, alleging the Texas-based firm misappropriated mining rewards, obstructed access, and damaged equipment. The Chinese mining hardware maker claims Orb diverted over 99 BTC—worth around $10 million—to wallets controlled by its CEO, sold Bitmain’s bitcoin ahead of court hearings, and installed unauthorized firmware that caused irreparable harm to hundreds of units. Bitmain argues the miners remain its property under a hosting agreement and should not be part of Orb’s bankruptcy estate.
