The move includes a $20 million investment from BitMine, with Wedbush's Dan Ives appointed Chairman. Ives views Worldcoin as a key infrastructure play at the intersection of AI and crypto. Eightco's stock OCTO surged over 1,000% pre-market, while WLD rose 21% to $1.26. The firm will rebrand to ORBS from September 11, 2025.
