最新报道:According to Bijie.com, New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has launched a tokenization consultation until the end of October, aiming to clarify whether current regulations are hindering the development of tokenization. The agency has received numerous tokenization inquiries this year, but few projects have been implemented. The FMA noted that tokenization currently favors regulated entities, while startups, facing high licensing costs and barriers to entry, may be inclined to operate outside of regulation, weakening consumer protection. This has led some global startups to turn to less regulated overseas markets.
