最新报道:According to a report from Bijie.com, South Korea's Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) announced on Friday that cryptocurrency lending rates in South Korea are currently capped at 20%, and leveraged lending is not permitted. Cryptocurrency lending is limited to the top 20 tokens by market capitalization or tokens listed on at least three Korean won-denominated exchanges. This follows reports that South Korea's financial regulator plans to issue guidelines for cryptocurrency lending services to strengthen oversight and protect investors. Some local cryptocurrency exchanges have also launched leveraged lending services. The FSC noted that the review of the rules was prompted by a request from the Financial Services Agency (FSA) due to a lack of lending regulations. Exchanges must now also ensure that first-time borrowers have completed online training and suitability tests administered by the Digital Asset Exchange Alliance (DAXA), a local self-regulatory organization.
