最新报道:According to a report from Bijie.com, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has drafted regulations on the management of sales fees for publicly offered securities investment funds. The regulations, comprising six chapters and 28 articles, focus on the following: First, they will rationally lower the subscription fees, application fees, and sales service fees of publicly offered funds to reduce investor costs. Second, they will optimize redemption arrangements and clarify that redemption fees for publicly offered funds will be fully included in fund assets. Third, they will encourage long-term holding by clarifying that sales service fees will no longer be charged for equity, hybrid, and bond funds held for more than one year. Fourth, they will adhere to the development orientation of equity funds and establish differentiated upper limits on trailing commission payments. Fifth, they will strengthen the regulation of fund sales fees and comprehensively address issues such as the attribution of interest on fund sales settlement funds and double charging for fund investment advisory services. Sixth, they will establish a direct sales service platform for institutional investors in the fund industry to provide efficient, convenient, and secure services for fund managers' direct sales business.
