最新报道:According to Bloomberg, sources familiar with the matter said the Hong Kong government has commissioned banks to prepare for a potential digital bond issuance. Previously, Shenzhen Futian Investment Holding and Shangao Holdings completed pricing for digital bonds in Hong Kong. Bloomberg statistics show that, in addition to government issuances, Hong Kong has already launched at least six corporate digital bonds, raising a total of approximately US$1 billion. HSBC and King & Wood Mallesons have stated that companies from mainland China and other regions are increasingly interested in issuing digital bonds. Digital bonds utilize blockchain (DLT/public blockchain) for issuance, trading, and settlement, potentially shortening settlement times and reducing costs. Support programs launched by Hong Kong late last year are also driving growth in such issuances.
