The content involved five major discussion topics, including the stablecoin guidelines, licensing mechanism, ecosystem collaboration, and the establishment of a task force recommended by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. The focus was on KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC (Know Your Customer). It is said that the attendees on the day included institutions that are interested in applying for stablecoin issuer licenses, including Ant, Lianlian Pay, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. However, there was no representative from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. The representatives of the FSDC were Executive Director Au King-lun; Director and Head of Policy Research Dong Yiyue. The entire meeting lasted more than 2 hours. At present, the FSDC has not responded to this meeting.
