最新报道：According to a report from the National Tax Service (NTS) on the 26th, 6,858 individuals reported overseas financial accounts totaling 94.5 trillion won this year. This represents an increase of 1,901 individuals (38.3%) and 29.6 trillion won (45.6%) compared to last year. The NTS attributed the increase in filings to an increase in virtual asset filings due to the rising value of crypto assets, as well as an increase in the amount reported for stock accounts. For crypto asset accounts, which will be subject to filings starting in 2023, the number of individuals filing such filings increased by 1,277 to 2,320, totaling 11.1 trillion won. Virtual asset account filings accounted for 27% of the total number of filings and 12% of the total amount reported.
