最新报道:According to a report from Bijie.com on the 17th, Upbit operator Dunamu announced that it was assessed 22.635 billion won in back taxes, including corporate taxes, following a tax investigation by the Seoul National Tax Service. The International Transactions Investigation Bureau of the Seoul National Tax Service launched a tax investigation into Dunamu in February of this year. The announcement indicated that the National Tax Service issued a notice of collection on June 30th, and Dunamu has already paid the tax. The 22.635 billion won in back taxes represents approximately 23% of Dunamu's second-quarter net profit (approximately 97.6 billion won). Dunamu is also involved in an ongoing lawsuit with financial regulators. In February, the Financial Intelligence Analysis Service (FIU) issued a three-month suspension of some operations, issued an accountability warning to CEO Lee Seok-woo, and dismissed nine employees, including the compliance officer.
