Founded by ex-Meta executive Phillip Rather, Guild integrates smart contracts, AI tools, and transparent revenue sharing, addressing issues where only 1.7% of artists earn over $10,000/year. The platform uses a dual-token system to avoid speculative risks and ensure fair compensation, especially for AI training contributions. Over 2,500 artists have participated in its development.
