Protocol Guild Salary Report: Ethereum Core Developer Salaries Less Than Half of Market Level

The survey, which collected responses from 111 of 190 members across 11 organizations, revealed that the average Ethereum core contributor earns $157,939, approximately 60% less than the $359,074 market salary offered by competing companies. The report noted that nearly 40% of respondents received final job offers from other companies within the past year, but many core contributors chose to decline higher-paying positions to focus on maintaining the Ethereum network.
