最新报道:According to Bijie.com, payment service provider Block announced that it will price $1.2 billion in principal amount of notes (the "2030 Notes") and $1 billion in principal amount of notes (the "2033 Notes," and together with the 2030 Notes, the "Notes") in a private placement to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act"), and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Act. The aggregate principal amount of this offering is higher than the previously announced $1.5 billion offering size.
