Prime members get free delivery on orders over $25 (or pay $2.99 below that threshold), while non-members pay $12.99 per order. This expansion comes as Amazon reorganizes its grocery business, integrating Whole Foods more closely under Jason Buechel's leadership after its $13.7 billion acquisition.
