最新报道:According to Bijie.com, Nasdaq-listed VivoPower has selected Crypto.com, a cryptocurrency exchange, as its custody partner for its XRP treasury strategy. Sustainable energy solutions company VivoPower International PLC, which is transitioning to a digital asset business focused on XRP (XRP), announced a strategic partnership with Crypto.com, which will serve as VivoPower's cryptocurrency custody partner. The company will utilize Crypto.com Custody, an institutional-grade custody solution provided by Crypto.com, to expand its digital asset treasury. VivoPower's shares will also be traded through Crypto.com's broker-dealer, a move designed to increase the visibility of VVPR stock among retail and institutional investors. The listing of VivoPower shares on Crypto.com will allow VVPR to reach over 150 million exchange users. "We are pleased to sign this partnership with Crypto.com to facilitate VivoPower's listing on Crypto.com's stock exchange platform, thereby gaining access to Crypto.com's user base of 150 million cryptocurrency natives," said Kevin Chin, Executive Chairman of VivoPower. "In addition, Crypto.com's custodial services in multiple international jurisdictions will provide additional capacity for our international growth." Chin expressed his company's confidence that this partnership will strengthen VivoPower's XRP treasury strategy. He also noted that Crypto.com will play a role in supporting Caret's digital asset mining business. Founded in 2014 and listed on Nasdaq since 2016, VivoPower operates in the UK, North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Its Caret Digital business unit focuses on renewable energy use, including digital asset mining. VivoPower plans to become a major player in XRP and the XRP Ledger. It is focused on the rapidly expanding ecosystem of decentralized finance and real-world assets on the Ripple blockchain network. The company's shift toward cryptocurrency as a treasury asset aligns with broader market trends. Publicly listed companies like SharpLink Gaming and BitMine are turning to Ethereum, and VivoPower is seeking to gain similar momentum, becoming one of the top US-listed companies offering XRP as a yield-generating asset. The company revealed plans to purchase $100 million worth of XRP through BitGo in June.
