The company has developed a dual-path strategy: either directly applying for a VATP license or first obtaining a VASP license and then applying. The company is also evaluating acquiring existing or licensed platforms in Hong Kong to accelerate its expansion and strengthen its compliance infrastructure and customer service capabilities.
