最新报道：SharpLink Gaming (SBET), led by Consensys founder Joe Lubin, has secured a $200 million institutional purchase agreement with four unnamed partners to acquire more ETH. The deal involves selling SBET shares at $19.50 each, expected to close this week. The company, one of the largest public ETH holders, plans to expand its treasury to over $2 billion. Former BlackRock executive Joseph Chalom joined as co-CEO in July to lead ETH strategy. Alliance Global Partners and Societe Generale are managing the offering, with Cantor as financial advisor. ETH is currently trading at $3,855.14, up 7% today.
