最新报道:According to the news from the currency world network, Brazil-based capital markets company VERT has joined the growing ranks of companies looking to take advantage of tokenization through new solutions on the XRP Ledger. The fund management company's move comes at a time when Wall Street giants such as Goldman Sachs, BNY and JPMorgan have flocked to the tokenized asset market, which has attracted various products from fund giants such as BlackRock, Fidelity and Franklin Templeton. The XRP Ledger is powered by the XRP (XRP) token. VERT's blockchain-based platform on XRPL will focus on the issuance and management of private credit operations. Ripple has expanded its influence in Latin America with this move. According to the details, the on-chain joint venture went online by issuing agribusiness accounts receivable certificates. RCA is a regulated credit instrument managed in an industry that accounts for more than 20% of Brazil's GDP. "Agribusiness plays a vital role in the Brazilian economy, and improving the way credit is constructed and tracked in this industry is a meaningful progress," said Silvio Pegado, managing director of Latin America at Ripple. The value of the first CRA transaction will be 700 million Brazilian reals, or about $130 million. Token Relations recently revealed that the total amount of tokenized real-world assets on XRPL has grown by more than 2,260% in six months, from $5 million at the beginning of the year to more than $118 million in early July. Mercado Bitcoin, Latin America’s largest cryptocurrency exchange and alternative asset investment platform, announced on July 4 that it will bring more than $200 million in tokenized RWA to XRPL. The assets that the platform plans to tokenize on the blockchain include fixed income and equity instruments. Guggenheim Capital is also leveraging the XRP Ledger. Its subsidiary Guggenheim Treasury Services issued a U.S. Treasury-backed digital commercial paper on the Ripple blockchain platform. In June, tokenized asset platform Ondo Finance also launched its short-term Treasury bond OUSG, while Circle added native USDC (USDC) to the XRP Ledger. VERT’s move will increase that appeal as it helps bring Brazil’s capital markets online. The company aims to generate $500 million in on-chain value. Benefits will include increased operational efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. In addition to issuing private credit on XRPL, VERT is also integrating Ripple’s Ethereum-compatible protocol, XRPL EVM Sidechain, to leverage smart contracts for programmable automation, among other features.
