币界网报道:On June 12, according to Bitcoin.com, the Central Bank of Brazil announced that its central bank digital currency (CBDC) Drex project will enter the third phase of pilot in the second half of 2025, focusing on the development of asset tokenization and credit functions. Rogerio Antonio Lucca, executive secretary of the central bank, said that the new phase will build a platform to enable customers to show their assets to banks, promote financial inclusion and solve the problem of low credit availability. The system aims to establish an on-chain, open and shared financial ecosystem to simplify the credit allocation process. At present, the Drex project still faces technical challenges such as insufficient privacy solutions, and the official launch date has not yet been announced.
